Yokosuka Cherry Cheesecake
The Yokosuka Naval Base produced an authentic American New York style cheesecake, providing the recipe in 2009. It uses plenty of cheese, has a rich and creamy taste, and features a fragrant graham cracker crust. This cheesecake, born out of friendship between Japan and the United States, was topped with the symbol of Japan, the cherry blossom, and became the "Cherry Cheese Cake."
Please expect congestion at participating stores and bus delays due to road congestion on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and when events are held.
