After overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic, we are finally seeing a return in the flow of people in the world, including a rapid recovery in the number of foreign visitors to Japan. For Keikyu Group as well, the COVID-19 pandemic served as the impetus for us to conduct drastic business structure reform, aiming for sustainable development together with areas along the railway lines.

In fiscal 2024, we also started our new plan, the Keikyu Group 20th Integrated Management Plan.
And as our new long-term vision, we aim to “realize the sustainable growth of lineside areas through the upward spiral of mutual value co-creation between the mobility and community creation platforms.”
Through the “Lineside value co-creation strategy” that we formulated to realize this vision, the entire Keikyu Group is united in our efforts to “create new value through business that supports urban lifestyles,” and we are promoting “mutual value co-creation” together with local businesses, local governments and various other partners, aiming for lineside areas that continue to be chosen in the future.
